Job Summary
In this role as a Software Development Manager, you will lead an agile team assigned to our core ERP product, Quantum, and a few of its satellite systems.
During this time, you will be faced with the challenge of integrating with several other products, as well as fixing, updating, and enhancing existing systems.
Our system works heavily with Oracle, .Net, Delphi and Java. This is a hands-on, full stack position where we want someone who is focused, and passionate about software development who can review and steer both process and engineering best practices.
Flexibility is key and you must be open to taking on new and old technologies alike while supporting our existing customer base.

Requirements
- Development Management experience 5 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Highly proficient with 8+ years of development experience in one or more of these technologies :
- Oracle including PSQL
- Microsoft development stack including C#, ASP .Net and Visual Studio.
- Java
- Experience in Delphi a plus
- Solid understanding of the following topics :
- Agile / Scrum
- Customer support / escalation process
- Product operation, monitoring and CI / CD / DevOps
- Performance scaling
- Test Automation
- Objected-oriented design and or architectural patterns
Compensation : $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD per year (dependent on experience)
