Responsibilities :
Oversee the administration of trusts, estates, conservatorships, and other fiduciary accounts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage investment portfolios and make strategic decisions to optimize asset growth and preservation.
Work closely with beneficiaries, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, account statements, and tax filings.
Provide expert guidance and advice on matters related to estate planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws, financial markets, and fiduciary best practices to ensure compliance and maximize client outcomes.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.
