Location : Alameda, CA

Pay Range : $30-$35 / hr + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Onsite

Schedule : 2nd Shift - 12pm-8 : 30pm Mon-Fri, with some flexibility to work weekends as needed

What You'll Do :

• Equipment Excellence : Maintain and optimize packaging machinery through a rigorous maintenance schedule tailored for food processing equipment.
• Expert Repairs : Tackle repairs on filling and assembly lines, and handle hydraulic and pneumatic systems, using your expertise to interpret system error messages.
• Facility Oversight : Ensure smooth operation of essential facilities, including doors, dock levelers, lights, sinks, and drains.
• Critical Machinery Maintenance : Maintain roasting equipment, bag slitters, and pallet lifters to guarantee optimal performance in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For :

• Relevant Experience : 1-2 years of industrial maintenance technician experience within industrial food production is a plus
• Technical Proficiency : Skilled in accurate data entry within a CMMS and able to access electronic machine manuals confidently.
• Problem Solver : A proactive mindset with a passion for learning new skills and tackling challenges head-on.
• Adaptable Team Player : Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime to keep operations running smoothly.
• Physical Capability : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
