Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketer with deep expertise in healthcare and AI. This role requires a natural storyteller and full-stack marketer who specializes in content marketing and thrives in a startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in a startup, demonstrating a strong understanding of agile marketing practices and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Marketing & Storytelling :

  • Craft compelling, informative, and engaging content that articulates Autonomize AI's value propositions.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop content for websites, sales collateral, social media messaging, etc.
  • Harvest knowledge, expertise and experience from the executive team to develop unique PoV for Autonomize AI.

Full-Stack Marketing Execution :

  • Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, and paid advertising.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience throughout the customer journey.

Market & Competitor Analysis & Response :

  • Analyze competitors, market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Differentiate Autonomize AI from competitors.

Data-Driven Optimization :

  • Monitor campaign performance, leveraging analytics tools to assess ROI and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication :

  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to create alignment and support revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating marketing initiatives and their impact effectively.

Qualifications :

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a strong justification on why you didn’t need it.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a startup or an agency
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience with AI technology and its applications in healthcare.
  • Proven success in full-stack marketing with a focus on content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to changing priorities.
