Key ResponsibilitiesConduct facility and professional coding and auditing, including edits and denials resolutionDevelop and deliver coding education and training to both internal coders and external customersMaintain accurate records and analyze trends in coding and auditing performanceRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationMinimum of 10 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient codingCoding certifications such as Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) requiredSome college education or equivalent experience preferredExperience in training and mentoring othersKnowledge of healthcare billing practices and reimbursement systems
