You have a thirst for knowledge and are looking to work on a variety of tasks. A typical diverse work week can include CAD work, site visits, performing building loads in addition to other challenges is preferred by you.
You work in a small team environment adding your genius to bring about amazing projects. As a self-starter you can look at a problem, break it down to small digestible bites and get the resources for you to succeed.
Work is intense and full throttle, we like to laugh, challenge the norms, while being part of the community and nature. We are looking for someone that can run engineering calculations such as heat transfer and fluid dynamics as related to building systems.
An engineering degree or a proven track record of performing such calculations is a must, as part of our hiring process we administer a test to validate these skills.
AutoCAD is not taught in school anymore so some type of CAD experience is a must; if you have AutoCAD experience you are ahead of the curve.
We do not do a lot of REVIT, but being able to manipulate a REVIT model is a plus. We use DesignBuilder for our energy modeling;
there are a lot of options out there so let us know how you have done loads in the past. Programming experience is not a requirement, but it is becoming more relevant every day, so if you’ve programmed in the last 2 years let us know.
