Team Introduction

We are looking for an MBA Intern to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team. As an MBA Intern, you will be helping build a robust partnership ecosystem to support TikTok's product offerings.

TikTok's Product Partners span a large and diverse ecosystem of actors, all playing an essential role in bringing product innovation and services to make advertisers successful on the platform.

In this role, you will be exposed to various verticals ranging from retail to media and will play a critical role in driving alignment across product and business teams to maximize synergies and business outcomes for the ecosystem.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent attention to detail who is ready to learn and take on new challenges as we continue to build strategic partnerships for TikTok for Business.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities- Partner with the product strategy team on key research initiatives to adapt our strategy to the market - Work with cross-functional leadership to build synergies and alignment on key initiatives and programs - Identify opportunities and address the global expansion of activation programs to drive momentum with internal teams and merchants across all key markets for TikTok - Provide Go-to-market guidance and operational support to partners and internal stakeholders to promote and grow TikTok solutions to advertisers globally.

Define KPIs to evaluate progress and success against OKRs

Minimum Qualifications : - 1-2 years relevant experience in management consulting, data analytics, project management, program management, or finance / accounting- Experience owning and scaling growth projects in a fast-paced tech environment.

  • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority. - Quantitative / analytical experience.
  • Fluency in English required Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working as part of an international team. - You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
  • You are a strategic thinker, but you’re also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.- You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you’re able to make and stand behind decisions without a clear roadmap.
  • You are creative and can think outside the box to promote and translate big ideas into simple concepts.
