Are you an experienced Assistant Store Manager seeking a new challenge? Big Dave's Doraville is looking for a dynamic individual to join their top-tier team.
This role is tailor-made for a self-driven person with at least 3 years of shop management experience, exceptional organizational abilities, efficient multitasking skills, and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of store personnel, actively engage in the hiring process, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
In addition to a competitive base salary of $40,000, this position offers performance-based bonuses. If you are eager to contribute to a winning team, then this opportunity is perfect for you!
Compensation :
$40,000 (Bonus Eligible)
Responsibilities :
- Manage store operations that include stocking and merchandising
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Guide and supervise store staff by setting goals and providing training
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion
- Monitor and update inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders
Qualifications :
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a restaurant
- Strong organizational and administrative skills are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software / applications is necessary
- Valid US Work Authorization is a must
