International Shipping & Receiving Specialist
Fast paced materials manufacturing facility needs two shipping and receiving specialist. Details for the successful candidates is as follows :
Skills :
- Certified sit down forklift
- Work safely
- Strong computer skills
- ERP experience
- Inventory and receiving paperwork
- International shipping
Responsibilities :
- Load and unload trucks / containers
- Stock and pull inventory accurately
- Down count and record inventory pulls
- Enter shipping instructions in the international shipper
- Pull orders for manufacturing accurately and timely
- Bill of lading
- UPS / FedEx shipping systems
- Customs documents as required by destination country
- Prepares International Shipping Documents and communicates with Forwarding agents
when applicable.
Forwards shipping documentation and records for further processing.
Job Details :
- Pay : $20 to $24 / hr. DOE
- Schedule : 8AM to 4 : 30PM Monday through Friday - minimum OT
- PPE : Steel toes and gloves
- Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
