Position : Retail Store Operations Associate
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Store Operations Associate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and conducting inventory checks
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and balance cash drawers
- Collaborate with store management to implement store promotions, sales, and marketing initiatives
- Assist in training new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Monitor and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to store management
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by store management
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail operations or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
