Busy and growing Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a motivated, hard-working individual to join our Team as an Associate.
We are seeking an attorney with experience handling and managing their own case load. The individual that assumes this position should have a firm grasp on personal injury.
Candidate should have at least three (3) - ten (10) years of experience in personal injury; however, we will consider all candidates with sufficient demonstrable experience.

Associate will handle a caseload of general negligence matters, from intake through litigation and trial (note : trial work is not mandatory but rather an opportunity if the Associate endeavors to do trials).
The position will be an in office position. Generous performance bonuses available, as well as permitted fee-sharing on referred cases.
Referring cases is not a requirement nor will bonus be a function of referred cases.
