Our marketing team is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented event marketing leader with a strong background in managing events, trade shows and conferences.

Responsibilities :
Design, budget, plan and execute selected virtual and in-person events from conception to completion, including third party and supplier's management, booth design, branding, logistics and AV requirements, webinar platforms management, demo set-up, audience acquisition, sales engagement and follow-up.
Significant focus on our annual Influence Greatness conference.
- Research industry events such as trade shows and conferences and evaluate sponsorship opportunities, based on annual objectives and target audience, working closely with Field Marketing and Sales to align strategy and plans.
- Work with Creative Marketing teams to incorporate brand messaging into the event experience.
- Effectively communicate event details with internal stakeholders to get buy-in and engagement with Sales, CS, field marketing and demand gen teams
- Work closely with demand marketing, field marketing and sales teams on post-event follow up.
- Create and execute the event strategy, tactical plans and project management from beginning to end, including all logistics, execution and post event follow-up for all on-site and virtual events.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team including marketing, sales, customer success, and product to deliver engaging experiences for attendees.
- Source and manage vendor and agency relationships as needed for event planning and execution
- Set goals and measure the success of event marketing initiatives through key metrics including awareness, MQLs, opportunities created, and ROI
- 4-6+ years of B2B event marketing experience, both virtual and in-person events.
- Experience with promotion, marketing and communication of large events.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-profile events involving senior management.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail; ability to manage and report on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in negotiating contracts, managing third party vendors, arranging, and overseeing support staff, and managing budgets.
- Experience working with large national tradeshows and conferences and managing a corporate booth presence with various product experiences.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively under pressure while remaining positive, flexible, and open to feedback.
- Creative thinking around new event opportunities, strong planning and budgeting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead them through project plans, budgets, goals, etc.
