We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends.

  • Main point of contact for supplier and customers
  • Regular visits (50% minimum) to the territories to understand each market’s dynamic and needs.
  • Comply with all reporting requisites from vendor (monthly sales reports, inventory reports, etc)
  • Review brand performance on a monthly basis (compare YTD figures vs previous year and vs vendor targets) to ensure growth
  • Review monthly stock orders
  • Ensures stock is ordered as needed for order
  • Ensures inventory is properly rotating and items are not expiring in the warehouse
  • Ensure we are aligned with purchase targets (if any issues arise, discuss with Sales Manager / VP to determine next steps)
  • Updates all cost files / order guides accordingly and sends to pertinent people advises of any updates that need to be made in the system
  • Assists Customer Service with any questions regarding the brand (skus, availability, discontinued items, discounts on orders, etc)
  • Responsible for reaching monthly sales budget
  • Reviews / approves all marketing activities and ensure that all funds approved for promotions will be paid by supplier
  • Manages promotional budgets / accruals by brand and ensures there are no overspends
  • Replies to any requests from vendors / customers regarding the brand (including product availability, pricing, etc)
  • Sends update to Sales Manager each month of what orders are needed to reach sales target and advises of any promotions / activities being offered
  • Follow up with A / R for customers with past due balances
  • Review open order sales report to ensure monthly numbers are accurate
  • Ensure that all invoices for direct orders are received in time for each month’s closing
  • Follow up on all incoming stock PO to ensure product is received in time to build orders
  • Keep track of what POs warehouse is waiting on to build orders and when they are arriving to ensure orders are built as complete as possible
