FTE : : 0.001, Shift : : Day, Schedule : Varies Position Summary The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for patients.
With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients. Responsibilities
- You will perform well in stress and emergency situations
- You will perform patient evaluations / re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
- You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and / or inpatient population as directed
- You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
- You will communicate well with patients, peers, and other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients
Requirements
- State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a social or health setting required

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.
The pay scale is $45.44 - $67.02 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education.
If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
