We're urgently recruiting for a skilled Administrative Assistant to support the office our client located in Peterburg, Virginia.
Part-time at 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule (during the day time).
Pay : $22-$25 DOE
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provide clerical / administrative support in department
- Respond to phone and email inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for office personnel
- Organize files and records
- Assist with the planning of events
- Order office supplies
- Create communications, spreadsheets, flyers to be posted in public areas
- Other duties assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Familiar with MS Office products
- Tech-savvy
- Professional attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
At least 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
