You Will

Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand the business requirements and plan / develop solutions in line with best practices.

You will provide technical leadership to the team.

Solid business analysis skills and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills

You will build exceptional features that thrill the customer.

Become an expert on our technology stack and make sure we approach solutions in the right way.

Balance researching new technologies with a practical approach to work towards the research efforts.

Configuring SAP Material Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Planning functionality (MRP / MPS), Warehouse Management (WM), and Logistics Execution (LE) modules and associated master data.

Lead other team members by example and through technical leadership.

Work with different teams to improve existing and develop new functionality, pipelines, and workflow.

Be the go-to person for technical aspects of ERP system along with integrations. Should have ability to adapt and work on new technologies and domains not limited to SAP.

Identify / communicate and mitigate project risks.

Be passionate about the customer experience.

Required Skills And Qualifications

7 to 10+ Years of IT Experience

7+ years SAP Functional experience in MM (SAP Material Management), WM (Warehouse Management) and PP modules.

3+ years team lead experience

BS in Computer Science or related degree

Work Conditions

Travel required up to 50%
