Wendy’s of WesternVirginia, a locally ownedfranchise, with 14 restaurants is always looking for new energetic Team / CrewMembers ! At your Wendy’s, you will assist your team at one of our manylocations across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Key responsibilitiesinclude greeting customers in the dining room or drive-thru, taking and ringingup orders, handling payment and thanking customers.

You’ll also prepare andstore food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they’recorrect, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.

Team Member behaviorsinclude :

Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers.
Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve food or service issues.
Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from management team.
Having a clean and tidy appearance and work habits.
