We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, with the ability to build their own team, close deals, and effectively canvass leads.
This position is based in the Connecticut area.
Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and managing team members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue leads, conduct effective canvassing, and convert potential clients into satisfied customers.
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales activities and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, retention, and termination.
Requirements :
- Extensive sales background with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of the Connecticut market and ability to work within the area.
- Experience conducting training sessions and coaching sales professionals.
- Ability to effectively manage the hiring, retention, and termination processes.
