Job Summary : The Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
This role will involve collaborating with senior management to drive financial strategy and optimize resources to support the company’s mission.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and present monthly financial statements and reports to senior management and the board.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including healthcare-specific regulations.
Manage cash flow and develop strategies for optimizing revenue cycle management.
Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
Monitor financial performance against benchmarks and advise on variances.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial plans.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Supervise the finance team, ensuring professional development and high performance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a financial management role, pr
in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and healthcare reimbursement models.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
