The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. He or she will oversee all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
He or she will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project and lead and direct the work of others.
Job Responsibilities :
- Capture requirements and tasks for multiple projects.
- Work closely with technical leads to gather requirements and timelines for multiple projects.
- Develop MS project plans for infrastructure projects.
- Assist in the creation and support of the IPMO.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Identify personnel requirements for project completion.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations
Required Skills :
- 3+ years in a Telecom Project Manager role
- Experience with Genesys Call Center is a plus
- Experience working with third party integration
- Familiarity with Agile engineering practices such as Test Driven Development
