We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join an established organization. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive first impression.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as sorting mail and coordinating appointments
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse clientele
Qualifications :
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
