Job Description :
- Motivated self-starter with strong sense of responsibility / positive attitude; detailed oriented, skilled at multitasking.
- Understands communication, knowledge building / learning needs development and implementation.
- Excellent written / oral communication skills are a must, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable with technology and application / software implementation; able to translate and articulate technical and complex concepts into learning materials for end users.
- Advanced Office skills with ability to both develop and deliver end user content
- Able to deliver in person and virtual training, maintaining focus on end user and customer experience.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop content aligned with the learning plan.
- Work with legacy learning materials and handle new content requests.
- Utilize strong writing and grammar skills, advanced Word and PowerPoint skills, and experience in creative design and visual layouts.
