Quality Control Associate / Estimator
Looking for dynamic individual to learn the trade from Established veterans of the industry.
To check the quality of work for paint, clean and carpet clean of turnover apartments in Inland Empire making sure it meets the SOW (scope of work.)
With a valid driver license and good driving record required.
Has good customer service skills.
Bilingual Required (Spanish and English)
Services and trades to include, Janitorial Cleaning, Carpet maintenance, and interior painting.
Work in a learning and challenging environment to deliver High Quality services and products to the Apartment Communities in the Orange County.

Will fully train and evaluate based on merit.
