Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and process material requisitions, maintaining accurate records of all purchases via an inventory control policy.
- Collaborate with various company departments to assess supply needs, establish timelines, and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Obtain price quotes from multiple vendors, negotiating to secure the best prices on comparable-quality goods.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain management, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of three years of experience in a procurement / purchasing position.
- Computer Skills : Experience and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.
