Job Description & Requirements

Pharmacist - Acute - (Pharma / Pharm)

StartDate : 10 / 14 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 E / N Pay Rate : $1873.43 - $2158.52

PHarmacist needed asap for 13 weeks2 : 30p - 11p , 12 : 30pm- 9pm.The shifts are rotating (day, evening, night), includes weekends and holidays, dependent upon the shifts needing coverage.

It could also be at other sites.Bachelors Degree : College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (Required) Doctorate Degree : PharmD (Preferred) Experience : 1 Year experience working in hospital, or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (Preferred) License / Certifications RPH-LIC - PA Pharmacist License (Required) BLS - Basic Life Support (Preferred) All placements at Temple Health either need to be vaccinated or have an agency approved medical or religious exemption for COVID-19.EMR : EPIC

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree : College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (Required)

Doctorate Degree : PharmD (Preferred)

Experience :

1 Year experience working in hospital, or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (Preferred)

License / Certifications RPH-LIC - PA Pharmacist License (Required)

BLS - Basic Life Support (Preferred)

All placements at Temple Health either need to be vaccinated or have an agency approved medical or religious exemption for COVID-19.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate Degree : PharmD (Preferred)

1 Year experience working in hospital, or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (Preferred)
