What You'll Do
The Tent Sales Coordinator for our Tent Division is responsible for coordinating and communicating all inbound inquiries received and assign accordingly.
This position is tasked with assisting the sales consultants both in the office and on jobsites as well as staying up to date on their potential inquiries and current projects.
This role understands the team’s availability and can forecast schedules in order to take on additional volume so that we may maximize productivity.
It is important that this role understands prioritization and maintains a level of professionalism while taking calls and sending emails.
This position is located in Woburn, MA.
The Tent Sales Coordinator should be able to recognize high importance clients and dates as well as high-level requests and then respond appropriately in a timely manner.
This position is ideal for someone with an interest in event planning, logistical work, and operating in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires flexible hours and an adaptable mindset and should also have a strong focus on working to continuously improve the accuracy of the collected information required by the Sales Team.
This position reports to the Senior Tent Sales Manager.
The Day-to-Day
- Duties include data entry, supporting and updating new proposals, modifying quotes per requests from the salesperson or client themselves
- Being adaptable to changes on the go
- Maintain a dedicated tenting phone line and email inbox for Tent Sales
- Maintain file management and production schedule creation / maintenance within our Co-Construct software
- Daily and weekly check ins with the Tent Sales Team
- Has a sense of traffic controller’ position between outside clients and our salespeople
- Responsible for weekly updates, tracking all incoming inquiries and reporting on our weekly and monthly findings for future knowledge
- Accountable for the Pipeline Calendar of inbound inquiries for Store 2 Maintain a positive attitude and strong customer service focus
- Maintain professional standards of integrity and honesty in representing the company
- Maintain the quality service standards of the Company
- The commitment to work the hours that the job requires, particularly during seasonally peak times of the year in order to accomplish the responsibilities of the job
- Regularly meet with the Senior Tent Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and the status of the department’s performance

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and inventory software (preferably POR).
- Experience in related field preferred
- Performs other duties as assigned or necessary for Department needs
