Job Description
- Assist with month-end duties such as entries related to numerous registers, journals and logs
- Support AP activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices
- Manage the bank relationships by reviewing and approving daily banking requirements
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
- Work with operations to prepare discrepancy reports
- Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
- Communicate and prepare documentation for external auditors
- Process payroll for hourly staff
- Ad hoc analysis as needed

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Understanding and application of accounting principles / practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills)
- ERP system experience preferred
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationship
