Job Description Chuck Latham Associates, the leading pet sales and branding agency is building a team of passionate and energetic merchandisers.
We are hiring for the position of *Assisted Sales Representative (ASR)* to promote various leading pet product lines. This is a professional part-time merchandising position offering flexibility and work-life balance.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining relationships by serving as a liaison between clients, store associates, and management in stores
- Promoting sales and brand awareness through product knowledge and continuous education
- Performing merchandising tasks, including but not limited to resets, cut-ins, following planograms, building incremental displays, and correcting shelf availability
- Traveling to stores once per month on average, workload dependent on territory alignment
- Participating in monthly communication calls
- Demoing opportunities available on a sessional basis
Required Qualifications :
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Access to a smart device for online training, scheduling, reporting, and photo-taking in stores
- Strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to follow written and online directives
- Capacity to work independently to meet required deadlines
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift as much as 50 pounds, on occasion
- Professional demeanor with no visible tattoos or facial piercings
- Retail merchandising, reset, and planogram experience preferred
