• This position is also open to IM and FM-trained providers.*Opportunity Highlights* n* Base Salary : $230,000 to $250,000 + 3-5% annual salary increases* 100% outpatient + no call* Option for inpatient work, if desired;
• choose from two tracks : * Weekend Urgent Care rotation : half in-house, half at home; 1 : 4-6 weekend rotation* Newborn : round and discharge;

1 : 4-6 weekend rotation* Quality bonus ranging from $15,000 to $20,000* Partnership opportunity in year three
