Reporting to theTonga Room Manager responsibilities and essential job functionsinclude but are not limited to thefollowing :
- Consistentlyoffer a professional friendly greeting and engagingservice
- Understand the Servers tasks in theoutlet
- Understand shift end reports in theoutlet and the POS system
- Assist guestsregarding food and beverage menu items in an informative andhelpful way
- Have knowledge of all menu itemsgarnishes contents and preparationmethods
- Follow outlet policies procedures andservice standards
- Follow all safety andsanitation policies when handling food andbeverage
- Other duties asassigned
- Hourly Rate : $30.99 USD Gross perhour

- Ability to focusattention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
Physical Aspectsof Position (include but are not limited to) :
- Constant standing andwalking throughout shift
- Lifting 50 lbs maximumand occasionally lifting and / or carrying such articles as docketsledgers and small tools.
