Investment Funds Associate

Our client is a prestigious, global top 20 Am Law firm. They are seeking an Associate with 3 - 6 years of experience to join their Investment Funds group.

This opportunity sits within one of the largest investment management and funds practices in the world, with lawyers dedicated to investment management and funds across key global jurisdictions, including the US, Luxembourg, Ireland and Hong Kong.

About you :

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• You will have strong experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds.
• Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts and structuring carry vehicles is also a plus
• We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.
• You should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience
