Position Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is enthusiastic about making a difference.
In this role, you will create individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise behavior technicians, all while maintaining a commitment to evidence-based practices.
We believe in a family-centered approach, so occasional evening or Saturday hours may be required to meet client needs, but your primary schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm.

Your Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, providing both direct and indirect oversight.
- Track and adjust treatment plans according to client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to provide holistic care.
- Keep clear, timely documentation for all services.
- Stay current with best practices by participating in ongoing professional development.
What We are Looking For :
- BCBA certification and a master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience collaborating with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Previous experience as a behavior technician preferred.
- Solid understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
