As an Administrative Scheduling Assistant you'll :
- Scheduling client appointments in a proactive, highly organized, and highly professional manner
- Contact Insurance companies as needed to set up appointments for clients inspections;
- Organize and manage department tasks;
- Administration and communication support of team task assignments and status
- Maintain all department documents, projects, and databases within CRM
- Gather information and prepare reports upon request.
Work Experience Demonstrating the following :
- Excellent interpersonal skills with co-workers and clients (via phone, email, and in-person)
- Proficient in Google Suites.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving.
- Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and proactively follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment with limited supervision
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : High School Diploma or General Education Degree required.
- MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (SPANISH)
