As an Administrative Scheduling Assistant you'll :

  • Scheduling client appointments in a proactive, highly organized, and highly professional manner
  • Contact Insurance companies as needed to set up appointments for clients inspections;
  • Organize and manage department tasks;
  • Administration and communication support of team task assignments and status
  • Maintain all department documents, projects, and databases within CRM
  • Gather information and prepare reports upon request.

Work Experience Demonstrating the following :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with co-workers and clients (via phone, email, and in-person)
  • Proficient in Google Suites.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving.
  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and proactively follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment with limited supervision
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : High School Diploma or General Education Degree required.
  • MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (SPANISH)
