LaSalle Network is currently working with our client, a home care agency committed to enhancing the quality of life for their clients, to find additional help desk support.
They are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities :
- Installing and upgrading Operating Systems and Computer software
- Onsite Desktop Engineer should be handling all the Procurement / forecast related activities for all Desktops, Laptops and Printers
- Maintain the details of EOL hardware and proactively liaise with IT manager for replacements
Desktop Support Engineer Requirements :
- 1+ years' experience setting up new devices for end users
- Proficient knowledge of hardware, O / S and user setup
- Ability to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
- Good written and verbal communication skills
