Bluestone Psychological Services is a local, family-owned company focused on supporting the private practices that make up a premier and uniquely wholistic, integrative community of mental health providers.

We have openings for practices that are serving Washington State clients through :

• telehealth only
• in-person, location specific
• hybrid practices

Currently we are supporting the practices of :

• Psychologists
• Mental health counselors (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)
• Conventional Medication Management by our PMHNPs.
• Naturopathic Psychiatry and conventional medication management by NDs who treat mental health care from a holistic, wellness perspective.

The list of population specialties provided by these practices is broad, ranging from the very young to our wonderful seniors.

Treatment approach specialties include : CBT, DBT, EMDR, Jungian, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Therapeutic Yoga, Music Therapy, and more.

Bluestone provides the required back office activities necessary to have a full, financially successful private practice :

• Marketing, networking, & online activities to support your thriving practice.
• New client triaging, insurance benefit verification, onboarding, and scheduling
• Full-time billing support and claim reimbursement follow-up to ensure you receive the correct and full reimbursement you are entitled to.
• Insurance credentialing and ongoing provider practice profile management for State and Federal compliance.
• Full-time administrative support.
• Access to our full service EHR, including claims submission, a patient portal and the ability to add integrated telehealth sessions, if desired.
• Bookkeeping monthly detailed reporting of your income and expenses for your practice work at Bluestone. For ease of State B&O Tax filing and Federal Income Tax preparation, annual P&L reporting income and expenses related to your work through Bluestone.
• A community of experienced colleagues to collaborate and consult with.
• Beautifully, fully furnished, professional office space for those who want to provide in-person sessions.
• Records retention and emergency practice support in the event of an extended illness or your incapacitation.
• Ongoing contract and rate negotiations with insurance companies to optimize your earning potential.

Income Potential : $100,000- $200,000+ (based on 25-30+ sessions / week). We present a wide range because income depends on how many billable client hours you average per week, your license level, and how much time off you choose to take.

You identify the income you want and our practice management support services will help you get there.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include :

• Resident of Washington State
• Licensed to practice independently in Washington State
• Associates also welcome to apply - we have 1 space available!
• Available for some 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm appointments

Bonuses :

• Has developed or is in the processes of developing a specialty area, such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (or other similar), ADHD / neurodiversity, etc.
