Our client is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of general litigation experience in Texas and federal courts to join our Labor and Employment team.
The preferred location for this position is San Antonio; however, candidates in Dallas, Austin, and Houston will also be considered.
While some experience or background in employment-related litigation is strongly preferred, it is not required. Responsibilities : Litigating employment-related claims Representing employers before administrative agencies Providing services to employers in employment-related matters Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels.
