About this role
This opportunity is with an Austin boutique design-build architectural design studio, looking for an advanced Project Manager.
Ideal candidates will care about changing the way we design, build, and live in our everyday environment.
The role will require a significant amount of autonomy and empowerment. You will take individual projects from conception to completion while working with internal design + build teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, and vendors.
B.Arch or Masters of Architecture are required. Professional experience is desired. Compensation will be contingent with level of experience.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIILITIES :
- ArchiCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Various task management tools
- B.Arch or Masters of Architecture
- 3-5+ years professional experience in similar project typologies
- Manage BIM systems
- Thick skin and / or magic wand to work with City of Austin code
- Experience working on projects in the City of Austin a must
- Well rounded nature and collaborative spirit
