We are currently hiring for entry level Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers in Charlotte, NC. This is a permanent direct hire position .

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include budget management, schedule development, subcontractor procurement, safety and quality assurance implementation, and maintaining customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will manage pre-construction activities and lead the construction team effectively.

Project Manager Responsibilities :

  • Oversee project administration and operations, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and billing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and design teams to develop design concepts and ensure accurate project estimates.
  • Facilitate client meetings to review project scope, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose value-added solutions.
  • Manage subcontractor selection and on-site meetings to address project issues and ensure continuity.
  • Make informed decisions under time constraints and coordinate multiple project tasks for successful outcomes.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through ongoing evaluation and process refinement.
  • Ensure effective communication among owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, while handling documentation and project close-outs.
  • Monitor safety compliance and manage permitting, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
  • Support estimating, value engineering, and budgeting efforts, while participating in client development and community initiatives.
  • Develop strong communication and leadership skills to uphold the company's mission and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Project Manager Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years minimum of relevant experience in design / build construction with a general contractor is preferred
  • Proficient with Procore
  • Oversee project administration and operations, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and billing.

Salary : $60,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience level
