The team is looking for an experienced food manufacturing professional to lead their sous-vide packaging plant in both production and warehousing.

Production Manager Responsibilities :
Manage production of a 90-person plant
Oversee warehousing and ensure efficient processes are in place
Create and establish solutions to efficiency problems on both production lines and warehousing
Ensure processes are compliant with corresponding regulatory agencies' policies and requirements
Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on new product development
Oversee food safety and quality programs
Production Manager Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years food manufacturing experience
Strong working knowledge of USDA / FDA guidance and regulations and GFSI requirements
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
