Electrical Project Manager
Location : Dallas / Fort Worth, TX (Travel Required)
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, specifically in healthcare high-rise, data centers, and light industrial sectors.
This role requires the candidate to be based in Dallas, with a willingness to travel to project sites across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities :
- Successfully manage electrical projects valued at $20M+
- Lead and oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and standards
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Travel to project sites as required, ensuring on-site presence and effective management
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects ($20M+)
- Expertise in healthcare high-rise, data center, and light industrial projects
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently and manage projects across various locations
- Local to the Dallas / Fort Worth area or willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided)

Travel Expectations :
- 80% of projects are in the DFW market
- Travel typically follows a 3 weeks on, long weekends home rotation
- Open to negotiation and flexibility regarding travel schedules
- Per diem and travel pay bump apply during travel periods
