We need a highly talented Principal Technical Program Manager for the AI2 Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business.
This person will be directly responsible for leading programs focused on new product introduction, service certifications, capacity delivery, and initial customer onboarding.
This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.
You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels.
Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud
- Direct experience working with large-scale customers, including at the executive level
- A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions
- Ability to lead other TPMs, design, and build engineers
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel (. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros)
- Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence

US : Hiring Range : from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
