As our Senior Program Manager, you'll be the maestro of our operations, leading the ensemble of our projects with finesse.
Your baton? An active top secret clearance. Your sheet music? Contracts worth millions. Your orchestra? A team ready to follow your lead.
You’d like to do this
- Conduct the symphony of starting up new programs, ensuring each section (or department) hits the right notes.
- Manage multimillion-dollar contracts like a virtuoso, keeping the rhythm of our operations in perfect tempo.
- Harmonize with various teams to create a melodious performance that exceeds expectations.
- The Sr. Program Manager will operate as the primary interface between BlueHalo and our Government customers, this position will be responsible for the management and follow through of design reviews, IPTs meetings, and customer status updates / reporting.
You’re required to have this
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience conducting your own corporate orchestra.
- An active top secret clearance because every maestro has their secrets. but exceptional candidates with the ability to successfully undergo government screening to obtain the appropriate level of clearance will also be considered.
- Ability to read and interpret the complex sheet music of our operations and contracts.
- Candidate must have experience with / understanding of FAR based / DoD contracting and acquisition processes.
- In addition, experience with : tracking, directed energy, and rapid prototyping / fielding of systems would be strong discriminators.
Desired but not required :
- Knowledge of Unanet
- Experience building and tracking an integrated master schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
- EVMS experience to include working with a resource-loaded IMS
