Business Operations Analyst - Analytical Development
General Summary :
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business data / processes, implementing changes, data entry for several systems / applications and other related duties that enhance the overall effectiveness of the department.
You will play a vital role in supporting the information needs of department executives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights that drive business decisions.

The role is more of a Business Operations Analyst
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
Not looking for the financial experience with Budgets
Will be assisting with Managing Budgets (Supporting Budgets)
Will enter in data into PMT tool which is housed in SharePoint
Look at Risk level and stages
Will also update data in PMT tool
Main Job Responsiblities :
Updating PMT tool
Work in EXCEL (could help automate with info into Dashboard which is Spotfire)
Support when Budgets are nearing their close date, and updating the PMT tool
More of Data Management instead of Financial work.

Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Assist in conceptualizing and reshaping business processes, with a focus on PMT system update, other internal systems / applications update, and budgeting / forecasting support.
2. Analyze and assess various process areas / data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
3. Understand and analyze internal and external customer needs to ensure business processes align with their requirements.
4. Identify and analyze diverse data repositories to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
5. Design and maintain executive-level reports within a repository of executive information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
6. Evaluate business area readiness for change and assist in implementing new processes, tracking progress, and measuring performance against targets.
7. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to financial performance and project execution.
8. Collaborate directly with key customers and partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure effective communication and coordination.
9. Provide support in project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
10. Perform benchmark comparisons of business processes with external entities to inform best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements : - Work Experience :
1-3 years of relevant work experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field. - Education : University / Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools and creating informative dashboards for executive-level reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of data modeling and algorithms techniques is preferred.
