We are actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our multi-specialty health center in North Phoenix. A description of the clinic :
- Team that includes other providers with empathy and experience treating an inclusive patient population
- Culture focused on collaboration and innovation, making healthcare easier so that life can be better
- Medical Assistants and Operations support
- Lab and Radiology on site
- Behavioral Health and Gynecology on site
- Mon-Fri clinic hours with same day appointments available
Requirements for the position :
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- LGBTQ Health Fellowship program and / or AAHIVM Certification desired but not required
- Interpersonal skills conducive to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
