Role : CPU Architecture Engineer, full-time based in the Bay Area

Responsibilities :

• Performance optimization of AI chips (algorithm level / architecture level / circuit level);
• RTL code design, optimization, and testing of AI chips (tensor / vector / risc-v core / data path);
• Design of AI chip architecture simulator (GEM5);
• Firmware analysis, porting, and optimization of AI chips;

Qualifications :

• Master's degree or above in computer science, electronic engineering, or related fields;
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience, familiar with computing architecture, and have a deep understanding of typical AI hardware accelerator architecture or GPU architecture;
• Familiar with typical AI models and have a good understanding of their computational memory access behavior;
• Able to independently face challenging problems, with good communication skills.
• Familiarity with processes below 12nm and knowledge of AI technology is preferred.
