Laboratory Managers oversee the daily operations of laboratory services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in laboratory management (e.g., ASCP).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
