A company is looking for a Support Associate (Part-Time) position.Key Responsibilities : Solve customer problems by responding to incoming customer questions in a timely and professional mannerAssist in identifying issues that impact end user experiences and work with partner teams to resolve themDevelop process documentation for common responses to customer questions and maintain a list of FAQsRequired Qualifications : 2+ years in a support / service environment focused on SaaS or softwareAble to work in PST (2-6 pm PST, Mo-Fri)High tolerance for ambiguity and a low egoNaturally curious, proactive in sharing knowledge, and able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiencesExperience with customer support stack is helpful but not required
