This Distinguished Engineer role will have an opportunity to develop and drive the technology strategy supporting consumer experiences applying for a Capital One Credit Card and funding their Secured Card product.

These experiences are critical for Capital One to strive towards our Mission to Change Banking For Good as they support consumers who are new to credit or rebuilding their credit.

Basic Qualifications : Bachelor''s Degree At least 7 years of software development experience using at least one of the following : Java, Go, AngularAt least 3 years of experience with Open Source RDBMS At least 3 years of experience with Container Orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes)At least 3 years of experience with public cloud technologiesPreferred Qualifications : Masters'' Degree 5+ years of experience in open source frameworks5+ years of experience in Agile practices3+ year of experience with distributed systemsExperience with developing and implementing target architecturesExperience in the Financial Industry with ledgers, payments, lending products?
