REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - DAY / EVE SHIFT

FULL TIME SHIFT : 32 to 40 hrs per week - Combination of DAY & SWING shifts (6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm), rotating weekend required

Pay Range : $30.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE plus+ generous shift differentials

Your Role & Responsibilities include :

• Completes assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provide individualized nursing car
• Administers medications as assigned, serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses, educates residents about their medications, checks for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications
• Responds to and assesses resident's medical needs
• Promotes and provides health care teaching to residents
• Functions as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic manner

Qualifications

Your skills & qualifications will include :

• Valid Utah RN license or license eligible to practice in Utah
• At least 2 years' experience in the psychiatric / behavioral health nursing field is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED .
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older, able to pass criminal history background check and drug screen
• Committed to providing a safe and therapeutic environment for adolescent residents
