Nationwide firm based in New York City is seeking a Global Ops Records Manager to join their team. Th crucial in aligning our record management processes with our broader organizational objectives.
This role involves collaborating with Global Heads to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance practices, improve security, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The manager will provide leadership to clients and teams, overseeing all phases of operations and projects from inception to completion.
As a trusted expert and strategic consultative partner, the manager will maintain and strengthen client relationships. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, optimizing projects and tools, assessing risks, setting goals, and being the primary contact for client communications and tasks.
The ideal candidate as 5+ years in a corporate setting and looking to get their foot in the door with a reputable firm.
This is a Perm opportunity paying up to $115K and the client wants to hire ASAP.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise account operations for both onsite and offshore teams.
- Serve as the main contact for daily client needs.
- Organize and lead monthly and quarterly business meetings with clients.
- Manage and optimize daily project operations.
- Ensure adherence to facility procedures, operations, and protocols.
- Stay informed about the client's business, competitors, and industry trends.
- Drive strategic operational improvements and oversee their implementation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and manage all involved parties.
- Identify and escalate issues as necessary.
- Manage vendor relationships and engagement.
- Provide training to team members as required.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, identify opportunities for consistency, and offer recommendations.
- Gain and apply subject matter expertise in client services.
- Oversee all aspects of staff management, including hiring, time tracking, employee relations, scheduling, and performance management (coaching, feedback, development planning).
- Build and lead high-performing teams through effective motivation and coaching.
- Coordinate project roadmaps and plans to ensure alignment across projects, programs, and teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions.
- Skilled in recognizing anomalies and critical situations and responding effectively.
- Proficient in communicating and interacting with internal and external stakeholders, both onshore and offshore, to resolve issues.
- Organized and deadline-driven with exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
